The Florida Equity Growth Fund and Regional Center LLC

The Florida Equity and Growth Fund Regional Center LLC, is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, which has been designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service as a Regional Center within the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program to assist immigrants who wish to earn permanent residence rights under the EB-5 Visa Program.

On January 9, 2009, the United States Department of Homeland Security’s US Citizenship and Immigration Services designated the Florida Equity & Growth Fund Regional Center, LLC as a Regional Center under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program to invest EB-5 Visa investor funds.

SCOPE OF REGIONAL CENTER: The scope of the Regional Center contains the twenty-three (23) counties which comprise the region of the state of Florida commonly referred to as the Florida High Tech Corridor – and, encompasses sixteen (16) business categories.
